Fom founding an adoption-support counseling center, to serving over 10 years as Senior Executive Pastor at a multi-site church in Charlotte. He's known for stepping into hard roles, building high-trust relationships, and leading with both wisdom and humility.

Becky brings more than a decade of experience in ministry, operations, and nonprofit coordination. With a background in student development, church leadership, and client services, she thrives at the intersection of strategy and care. At Mission Charlotte, Becky ensures that workshops, communications, and programming run with excellence, supporting leaders and organizations as they grow in health and impact.
