Teaching Structure And Systems To Enhance Efficiency

Our quarterly workshops, funded by Mission Charlotte's Champions, bring nonprofit leaders together, virtually or in person, for intensive, three-hour deep dives on our core competencies. Each workshop includes Thrive Index insights to ensure relevance and impact. Following the workshop, small groups meet weekly (90-minute sessions) to help leaders process, apply, and anchor new practices within their organizations.

Workshops

Workshops are generally 3 hours in length and cover one of the six Mission Charlotte core competency topics. We offer both in-person and virtual options. The Baseline Health Assessment is woven into each workshop so that we can further identify the best way in which to serve the audience.

Small Groups

Following each quarterly workshop there are 3-5 Small Groups that generally occur once a week on topics associated with the corresponding workshop that need more attention. Small groups typically last 90 minutes and are designed for nonprofit leaders to begin working to apply the principles within their organization.
