Josh Wood

Implementation Services

Josh brings over a decade of leadership in nonprofit, ministry, and outreach work, with a passion for advocating for vulnerable communities. As Executive Director of Them Before Us, he champions children's rights through global advocacy and strategic growth. Previously, Josh led national outreach at Elevation Church, coordinating thousands of events and overseeing $30M in grants to nonprofits worldwide. 

He's also served in executive roles with The Independence Fund and Charlotte Eagles, where he honed his skills in partnership development, team leadership, and community engagement. Outside of work, Josh enjoys time with his wife, exploring the outdoors, and using his platform to inspire Kingdom-minded leaders.

Matt Sharp

Implementation Services

Matt brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, with a passion for helping organizations maximize their impact through strategic planning, operational excellence, and team development. As COO of RunningWorks, he led programs and operations to serve individuals facing homelessness. His 11-year tenure at Johnson & Wales University honed his expertise in process improvement and leadership development.

He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.S. in Hotel & Resort Management. A graduate of Leadership Charlotte, Matt is deeply engaged in global service through his board work with JoPri, a nonprofit serving children in Uganda.
